Happy Trails Alaskan Horseback Adventures is anxious to take you on your next trail ride! You'll have a unique experience viewing Alaska's amazing scenery and vast terrain by horseback through the beautiful Chugach Mountains that surround Anchorage. Whether on a mountain ride or a forest ride, the wildlife is abundant with moose, bear, eagles, coyotes, fox, sheep, goats, birds, and numerous plants and forage. Riders MUST be at least 7 years old and accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. Corral rides are available for riders under 7. Maximum weight 280 lbs. - call for exceptions. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice prior to check-in will be charged 100% of the ride price. Parties of 5 or more riders require 48 hours cancellation notice. Guests must sign a waiver before riding. We provide helmets for all ages and pack lunches for select rides.
